All renters shall return this form either by mail, or by inserting it in the mail slot on the door of the office.

GRILLING is not permitted on the balconies or on the ground floor patios. No portable grills of any kind are allowed on the premises. Outdoor grills are provided for your use on the north and south side of the building.

No flammable, combustible or explosive materials may be kept within any unit. Further, the storage or use of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

Do not sit on, lean on, or hang any towels, clothing or any items from the balconies or handrails.

No skateboarding, roller blades or bicycles are allowed on walkways, pool deck or tennis court.

Children shall not loiter or play in the walkways, parking area or stairs. Nor shall they use the elevator excessively.

Trash dumpsters are located in the parking lot on each end. Trash is not to be left on walkways or balconies.

Recycling is MANDATORY. Bins are located next to the trash dumpsters. We recycle glass, aluminum, plastic, and newspapers.

PETS must be on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the pool, or courtyard areas or grass areas around the building, they must be walked off the property. Please clean up after your pet.

Laundry room hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please be considerate of others and remove washed and dried clothes in a timely manner. Luggage and grocery carts are provided for your convenience, please return them to the laundry room.

Shuffleboard court hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm please replace shuffle board equipment to laundry room when finished.

POOL hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Closed during inclement weather and during cleaning. There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children under twelve years of age must be supervised by an adult. Please comply with the pool regulations posted in the pool area. Violating pool rules, could result in you being asked to leave the pool. The pool is for the private use of owners and guests.

ABSOLUTLY NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE POOL AREA.

No food or drinks are allowed in the pool or pool ledge.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN THE POOL!

Please shower and wash off sand before entering the pool.

NO DIVING, RUNNING, OR ROUGH PLAY ALLOWED AROUND THE POOL. NO SITTING ON DIVIDER ROPES. IF BROKEN OR PULLED FROM POOL WALL, POOL WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE..

Babies must wear swim diapers.

Please use discretion when using floatation devices in the pool. If the pool is crowded please use common sense.

Ocean Beach Club One is located on A1A right on the Atlantic Ocean in Flagler Beach, Florida, the "Jewel" of Florida's east coast!!!! Nestled between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, the flourishing City of Flagler Beach is home to over 5,411 residents! Since its incorporation in 1925, Flagler Beach has grown from a sleepy fishing village to a unique seaside community while still retaining much of its original charm. Ocean Beach Club One has one of the largest pools in Flagler Beach. All 42 units offer spectacular ocean views. Tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts, outdoor grills, and coin laundry room are available for use. We now have Spectrum TV and wifi in each unit.

The City is home to six miles of uncrowded beaches, many great fishing spots including the Flagler Beach Municipal Pier, numerous great restaurants with ocean front dining, gift shops and a whole host of recreational facilities. The Intracoastal Waterway also flows through the town providing countless opportunities for boaters and fishermen. Enjoy our local great fishing, surfing, biking, hiking and beachcombing. Check out Gamble Rogers State Park located just north of us.

Ocean Palm Golf Course, a 9-hole executive course, re-opened in the summer of 2016 and is almost in our back yard! It's inexpensive, convenient and a lot of fun ... watch out for the gators!

Friday in Flagler Beach brings an old-fashioned Farmers Market to the center of town. Don't miss the opportunity to stroll amongst the vendors selling farm fresh vegetables, fruit, baked goods, nuts, and plants. Veteran's Park is also the site of many special community events including First Fridays Music in the Park, our Easter Egg Hunt, a Holiday Celebration, and a 4th of July celebration. Enjoy spectacular fireworks blazing in the sky from the end of the Pier on July 4th. We have arts and crafts, special events, food booths, small town beauty contests and live music and local entainers.

Disney World and all the Orlando Attractions are within a 90 minute drive.
